Sold1951 Chevrolet Bel Air Coupe
This 1951 Chevrolet Bel Air Coupe has been a labor of love by the current owner for many years. It still retains the Blue Flame Six Cylinder engine with period performance accessories of an Offenhauser dual Carburetor setup and an Fenton Dual exhaust manifold with a Y-Pipe for single exhaust with cherry bomb muffler. Its Powerglide transmission was updated to a Turbo 350. 12V electronics throughout including a “bring your own music” set up for iPods, etc. The car starts, runs, drives, stops, cools and charges just like it should with no smoking or engine noise of any kind. This car is ready for touring and won’t let you down. Fully sorted.
As you can see the from the pictures, the paint is very nice, although not perfect. Its provided years of enjoyment to the current owner and buyer should expect a few chips here and there. The interior is simply beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. All mechanical gauges are working correctly, clock does not.
The underside is very solid with no visible signs of rust or rot. Very solid car throughout and very reasonably priced.
